"The care and kindness you have all shown towards my mother has been exceptional and, whilst she had the occasional whinge, I know that deep down, she was extremely grateful to you all for your professionalism, your individual and collective gestures of kindness and the level of care she received. The family, as a whole, are grateful for the welcome we have received on our visits and the freedom we have had to, pretty much, come and go as we wished. We were very fortunate that mum received the highest level of care we could have hoped for, in a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment. The knowledge that she was being looked after by such a professional, warm and compassionate team was of great comfort to us all. In the meantime, many, many thanks for all you have done to ensure she had as comfortable a life over the last 15 months as she and the family could have hoped for."
